Mid-Rise Floor Plans
Please follow the Unit Type Letters (in bold) above in order to determine which unit is the one that you're looking for. These plans depict Buildings 5 & 6, but they are all identical, except for the one-bedroom "H" Units in Buildings 3 & 4. The "H" units in Buildings 1, 2, 5 & 6 are two bedrooms with the same square footage.
Townhouse Floor Plans
There are 32 Townhomes that border the Belmont. Six of these are 3 Bedroom Units, and the balance is 2 Bedroom Units. All of them have full basements that are not included in the square footage. Each home also has a generously sized front and back courtyard. The homes are heated by gas, and dogs that fall within the size and breed range are welcomed.
